We host our walking food tours in downtown San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, Belize.

Shared tours are normally offered Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Live availability in the booking calendar is the best source for a specific date.

A shared departure requires a minimum of four confirmed guests overall. Your own party does not need to be four people. If only two guests are interested in a date, we can place them on a wait list and confirm as soon as the minimum is reached.

Belizean Bites Lunch is approximately 2 hours. Savor Belize Dinner is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

Yes. Belizean Bites has five stops and Savor Belize has six. The tours are curated to feature different menus and a different daytime versus evening feel. There may be a repeated rum tasting and, occasionally, a repeated location with a completely different dish.

You can, but we recommend separate days. There is a lot of food, and most guests are happiest with time to recover between culinary adventures.

Our standard dinner departure is 5:00 PM. During especially busy periods we may offer an earlier 4:00 PM departure to reduce waits. The time shown in your booking and confirmation is the confirmed time for your tour.

The cancellation and change terms displayed during checkout are the terms that apply to your booking. Please review them before completing payment.

We meet at Central Park in the heart of San Pedro Town, near the San Pedro sign. Your confirmation includes the meeting point. Please arrive about 10 minutes early. Your guide will be wearing a blue 'Where's the Food?' shirt.

Public parking is available downtown. Give yourself extra time because parking can be busy. Follow posted parking signs and restrictions.

Often, yes. Most walks between stops are short and we sit at many stops. Guests have followed by golf cart and met the group at each location, although there is still some walking from parking areas to entrances. Message us before the tour so your guide knows.

The route is not fully wheelchair accessible. Many of our partner kitchens are small local businesses with varying entrances and facilities. Contact us before booking and we can talk through your specific mobility needs.

Yes. Most tour stops have bathroom access, so you are usually close to one.

San Pedro is on Ambergris Caye, away from the mainland cruise port. Because of flight, water taxi and tender timing, we do not recommend trying to travel from a Belize City cruise call solely for the food tour.

Usually, yes. Tell us when booking so we can arrange alternatives before tour day.

We can often adjust dishes, but our small partner kitchens may handle wheat and cannot guarantee zero cross-contact. Guests with celiac disease or severe reactions should contact us before booking so we can discuss the risk honestly.

We do our best, and the dinner tour is generally the more vegan-friendly option. Some stops may not have a direct substitute, including certain rum cream tastings, so please tell us in advance.

We can often provide an alternate menu when told ahead of time. For severe allergies, contact us before booking because cross-contact can be difficult to eliminate in small local kitchens.

Yes, in most cases. Let us know when you book so the team can plan alternatives.

Usually, yes. Please note the preference at booking so alternatives can be arranged.

Onion and garlic restrictions are particularly difficult because they are foundational seasonings in many Belizean dishes. We also cannot guarantee zero cross-contact for severe allergies. Message us before booking if your restriction is medically significant.

There is no separate non-drinker price. At most stops we can offer a non-alcoholic choice such as juice, soda, water or another available drink.

That is the plan. These are generous tasting tours, not a few tiny samples. Come hungry.

Yes. Child pricing is shown in the live booking calendar. Very young children who share with an adult may have different booking options depending on the tour.

We cannot offer free tag-along spaces. Many stops have limited seating and every guest also receives the guided cultural experience, not only the food.

Absolutely. If the online calendar does not show enough spaces, message us. For larger parties we may use multiple guides so everyone can fit comfortably into our smaller local stops.
